Extended Post-Summit Agritour Program Fee
  • Discounted program fee: $1,385/Person (Plus 5% SK GST) for bookings made before December 31, 2025
  • Normal program fee after December 31, 2025: $1,635/Person (Plus 5% SK GST)
Terms and Conditions of Registration
  • Summit Fees: All summit fees are non-refundable once paid, with exception for participants requiring visa to attend the summit in Canada. In the event of a summit attendee’s visa application being rejected, a refund of 50% of the summit fees paid will be issued, contingent upon receipt of official proof of visa refusal submitted by the attendee on or before June 15, 2026.
  • Extended Post-Summit Agritour Program Fees: Refundable less $250 CAD administration fee if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the tour start date (July 17, 2026). Non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before the tour start date. The organizers advise that you take out Travel Insurance to cover your costs in the event that you have to cancel.
  • Substitutions are welcome and should be from the same company. No substitutions will be granted after Friday 19th June 2026.
  • Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
  • In the unlikely case that the summit cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc), the Summit Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Summit registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.
  • In the event of cancellation of the Summit due to circumstances within the control of the organizers, delegates shall be entitled to a full refund of the summit fees within three (3) weeks of such cancellation.
  • All request for refund should be sent to: [email protected]. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.
Attendees Requiring a Visa
  • A visa invitation letter will be provided for fully-paid registrations only. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable if your visa application is delayed or rejected after June 15, 2026. To avoid potential issues, we recommend allowing sufficient time for visa processing. Liability Waiver
  • The organizers of the Voazok’s Canada-Africa Agribusiness Summit, including partners, sponsors, and affiliated staff, shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property, or any other liability incurred by attendees during or as a result of participation in the event. All attendees are responsible for their own safety and security while attending the summit and any related events. We recommend that participants obtain adequate personal, travel, and health insurance where appropriate.

    The organizers reserve the right to alter or cancel any part of the program without prior notice, including but not limited to, changes to speakers, venues, or timings. In the event of cancellation, liability is limited to refund of the registration fee only (after deduction of costs already incurred  by the organizers).
