SECTION 8. Consent
8.1 Participation Agreement
I understand that the summit and its activities are designed to facilitate business networking and knowledge sharing. I agree to respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the summit. I consent to the use of my name, company, and contact details for summit-related purposes, including sharing with other participants as part of the business matchmaking process, facilitating meaningful connections, and potential collaborations. I acknowledge that Voazok and its Country Partners are not responsible for any business decisions or actions taken based on information shared during the summit.
8.2 Profile Publication
By providing a photo and profile information, I agree to having my profile published on the summit website to facilitate business matchmaking among participants. I understand that this will enable other participants to review my profile and connect with me for potential business opportunity.
8.3 Release of Liability
I release Voazok and its affiliates from any liability for damages or losses arising from my participation in the summit.
8.4 Refund Policy - Summit Fees
- All summit fees are non-refundable once paid, except for participants requiring visas to attend the summit in Canada. In the event of a summit attendee's visa application being rejected, a refund of 50% of the summit fees paid will be issued, contingent upon receipt of official proof of visa refusal submitted by the attendee on or before June 15, 2026.
- Extended Post-Summit Agritour Program Fees: Refundable less $250 CAD administration fee if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the tour start date (July 17, 2026). Non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before the tour start date. The organizers advise that you take out Travel Insurance to cover your costs in the event that you have to cancel.
- Substitutions are welcome and should be from the same company. No substitutions will be granted after Friday 19th June 2026.
- Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
- In the unlikely case that the summit cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc), the Summit Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Summit registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.
- In the event of cancellation of the Summit due to circumstances within the control of the organizers, delegates shall be entitled to a full refund of the summit fees within three (3) weeks of such cancellation.
