Are you a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, temporary resident, or authorized to stay in Canada without a visa?

You may require a visa to attend the summit in Saskatoon, Canada. After registration and payment, you'll receive a Visa Invitation Letter Request Form to complete. If approved, you'll get your letter; if not, your summit fees will be refunded. Apply promptly, as the registration deadline for visa-required participants is May 31, 2026. For more information on visa requirements, please visit the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website.

To ensure accuracy and validity, please have each participant complete their own registration form; do not submit forms on behalf of others. If you're interested in becoming a Country Partner, please contact us via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +1 (306) 205-2027.

Please ensure that you provide full bio information for each participant, including their email address and the company they will represent at the summit. What is your preferred method of payment?Registration will be deemed complete upon full settlement of the summit fees. If paying with your own credit card as a Country Partner, you will be able to complete the payment online after submitting this form.

Invoice Payment Policy: Payment is due within 14 days from the registration date. Registration will be deemed complete upon full settlement of the summit fees. After 14 days, please request for a new invoice. For visa-required participants, the summit committee can only issue visa invitation letters once the full summit fees have been received.

Participation Agreement
The above-listed participants understand that the summit and its activities are designed to facilitate business networking and knowledge sharing. They agree to respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the summit. They consent to the use of their names, companies, and contact details for summit-related purposes, including sharing with other participants as part of the business matchmaking process, facilitating meaningful connections, and potential collaborations. They acknowledge that Voazok is not responsible for any business decisions or actions taken based on information shared during the summit.

Profile Publication
By providing a photo and profile information, they agree to having their profile published on the summit website to facilitate business matchmaking among participants. They understand that this will enable other participants to review their profiles and connect with them for potential business opportunities.

Release of Liability and Payment Terms
They release Voazok and its affiliates from any liability for damages or losses arising from their participation in the summit. They understand that summit fees are non-refundable unless the summit is cancelled by the organizer, in which case a refund will be made. They acknowledge that payment is required to secure their participation, and their registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
