Summit Fees: All summit fees are non-refundable once paid, with exception for participants requiring visa to attend the summit in Canada. In the event of a summit attendee's visa application being rejected, a refund of 50% of the summit fees paid will be issued, contingent upon receipt of official proof of visa refusal submitted by the attendee on or before June 15, 2026.
